All training is fully funded and delivered in flexible formats:

  • Self-paced online: 2-3 hour modules at your own pace
  • Intensive classroom: 4-5 day face-to-face programs

Training alone isn't enough. Our program connects participants directly with employers through our jobs board or a customised work placement.

Placements are designed as a genuine trial for both parties, giving women practical experience and employers a risk-free way to evaluate potential team members.
